The restaurant

The Gabrielle roof terrace restaurant is located at the foot of Reims Cathedral. It is nestled on the top floor of a new modern building designed by architect Ricardo Vasconcelos. It offers a breathtaking view of the Notre Dame de Reims Cathedral. In summer you can enjoy its roof terrace. The restaurant room is made up of large bay windows. It is bright and dominates the square. The Gabrielle restaurant offers refined French cuisine in a chic and exclusive setting. The atmosphere is warm. The elegant and cozy decor was created by the agency DP Home.

The dishes are prepared by chef Borrossi. The menu is made up of fresh and local products which are delivered daily by our artisan partners: breeders, market gardeners ... This allows us to change our menus over the seasons.
